Sizlerin yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 sadece bir spor de\u011fil sosyal bir olay. Sizin ba\u015far\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131z gelecekte bir toplumun psikolojisini iyi ya da k\u00f6t\u00fc y\u00f6nde etkileyecek bir konudur. Sizlerin ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131 \u00fclkenin psikolojisini olumlu y\u00f6nde etkiliyor. Yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z i\u015fin \u00f6neminin fark\u0131nda olun. Bu kadar g\u00fczel tesisi sadece yabanc\u0131lar gelsin oynas\u0131n diye yapmad\u0131k. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de sizin ya\u015f aral\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131zda 18 milyon gen\u00e7 var. Aran\u0131zdan pek \u00e7ok y\u0131ld\u0131z futbolcu \u00e7\u0131kacak buna eminim. Ama y\u0131ld\u0131z oyuncu olmak sadece yetenekle olmuyor iyi bir karakter de gerekiyor. Tavsiyem \u00f6nce d\u00fczg\u00fcn insan olmay\u0131 \u00f6\u011frenin sonra yeteneklerinizi sergilersiniz. Do\u011fru sporcu olman\u0131z i\u00e7in yemeniz, i\u00e7meniz, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z, antrenman kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131n\u0131z \u00f6nemli ama \u00e7evreye sayg\u0131l\u0131 olman\u0131z ve iyi bir insan olman\u0131z da o kadar \u00f6nemlidir\u201d<\/strong> ifadelerini kulland\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A Milli Tak\u0131m formas\u0131n\u0131 giyen T\u00fcrk futbolunun deneyimli ismi Engin Baytar, <strong>\u2018\u2019Alt\u0131 ya\u015f\u0131mdan 16 ya\u015f\u0131ma kadar zorluklar i\u00e7erisinde futbol e\u011fitimi ald\u0131m. Ama e\u015f zamanl\u0131 olarak okul e\u011fitimimi de s\u00fcrd\u00fcrmek isterdim. Yeni nesil gen\u00e7lerin hem e\u011fitimi hem de sporu yan yana y\u00fcr\u00fctebilmeleri \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli. 16 ya\u015f\u0131nda profesyonel futbolcu oldum. Milli tak\u0131mda oynad\u0131m. \u015eampiyonluklar ya\u015fad\u0131m. Benim i\u00e7in h\u0131r\u00e7\u0131n futbolcu derlerdi ama kimse karaktersiz futbolcu demedi. \u00d6nce iyi bir insan olursan\u0131z spordaki tavr\u0131n\u0131z da onunla beraber iyi olur\u2018\u2019<\/strong> dedi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130kinci b\u00f6l\u00fcmde ise Ortopedi Uzman\u0131 Samet Ordu, gelecekte y\u0131ld\u0131z bir futbolcu olmak isteyen gen\u00e7 yeteneklere, yeteneklerini s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir k\u0131lmak i\u00e7in e\u011fitimler verdi. Sakatlanmalar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7ebilmek i\u00e7in dikkat edilmesi gerekenler ve spor hayatlar\u0131n\u0131n devaml\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in gerekli olan beden disiplinleri uygulamal\u0131 olarak anlat\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Son b\u00f6l\u00fcmde ise \u00c7EVKO Vakf\u0131\u2019ndan Fatih Arslan futbolcu adaylar\u0131n\u0131n ayn\u0131 zamanda \u00e7evre bilincine sahip olmalar\u0131 i\u00e7in s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirli\u011fin \u00f6nemi ve geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcn faydalar\u0131 hakk\u0131nda e\u011fitim verdiler.
