Sand\u0131k\u00e7\u0131, 2018 y\u0131l\u0131nda kurulan \u015fubede iki d\u00f6nemdir ba\u015fkanl\u0131k g\u00f6revini y\u00fcr\u00fcten Avni Demir&#8217;den g\u00f6revi devrald\u0131. Derne\u011fi en iyi \u015fekilde temsil edeceklerini s\u00f6yleyen TSYD Samsun \u015eube Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Sand\u0131k\u00e7\u0131, eski ba\u015fkan Avni Demir&#8217;e te\u015fekk\u00fcr plaketi verdi.
